What are your shipping options?

We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects or any other issues (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Typically, it takes about 7-21 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: Is the hose included in the Master Connector Kit?
A: Yes, it is. It’s a 4 inch diameter by 8 foot hose. This hose can be trimmed if you need it shorter.
Q: What are the ranges of duct size that Snap to Vent can fit?
A: 3.95” dia. up to 4.25” dia.
Q: Once installed, can the ends be disconnected periodically? If so, do I need new seal rings each time I change it out?
A: Yes, they can be disconnected periodically for regularly cleaning. You can reuse the same seal rings, you may just want to clean them thoroughly.
Q: Can this be disassembled to periodically replace the flexible hose?
A: Yes, simply unsnap the fingers from the hose, replace the hose, and re-snap on the fingers and you’re set!
Q: Can you attach a 90 degree elbow to the Wall Plate Adapter?
A: No, it does not fit over the wall plate adapter.
Q: Can the 90 degree elbow be turned to the side or does it have to be attached straight up?
A: Yes, it can be turned any way necessary. It does not have to sit straight up.
Q: The sides of my gas dryer reaches 120F degrees. Can this plastic handle the heat?
A: Yes, most dryers range from 100F to 160F. The plastic melting point is over 300F degrees. We also use fire rated materials for fire safety.
Q: Can the 90 degree elbow be on the wall instead of the dryer?
A: Absolutely, just put the seal ring on the wall duct and press assembly onto the wall duct.
Q: How close to the wall can I push the dryer?
A: You’ll need about 4.4 inches of space behind the dryer.
Q: Can this be used with the “Better Vent”?
A: Yes, it can. You can use a Cinch strap to attach the hose to the “Better Vent” connection it will seal off nicely.
